As Chairman of Gosport Community Safety Partnership, I am delighted to announce the 13th year of the very popular Summer Passport Scheme. We already have 708 young people signed up for the scheme over the 3-week period.

Local MP, Caroline Dinenage, celebrates Hampshire as the county’s historical flag flew in Parliament Square Gardens today.

The Government flew the 50 registered historical flags of the UK in Parliament Square Gardens, alongside the Union Jack.

Caroline celebrates Armed Forces pay rise!

Local MP, Caroline Dinenage, is delighted that Defence Secretary, Penny Mordaunt, has announced the highest pay rise for the armed forces since 2007.

The lowest paid personnel will receive a 6% salary increase, which is an above inflation pay rise.

There are currently 24 vacancies at a number of schools across Gosport and the MP is keen to get local people from all kinds of backgrounds to apply.  

Record Employment Numbers Across the Nation

Figures released today show that in South East, there are 4,640,480 people in work – meaning that, under the Conservatives, 448,141 more people have been able to access the security of a job since 2010.
