Local MP, Caroline Dinenage, is today shining a light on two motoring journalist apprentices from Gosport.
Robbie Murrell and Tristan Shale-Hester have just taken up positions at Blackball Media/ Baize Group. Blackball Media is a world-class Automotive Editorial and PR company started by Gosport’s own, James Baggott.
On Caroline’s Get In Go Far blog this week, Robbie & Tristan explain how this apprenticeship provides them with the exciting opportunity to pursue their twin-loves of cars and writing. In addition to learning the valuable administrative tasks associated with journalism, they also have the opportunity to attend important automotive events and write articles for publications
Commenting, Caroline said:
“It is wonderful that a home-grown business like Blackball Media, which was started in James’ garage and is now a world-class PR company, is in a position to employ apprentices and pass on its expertise and knowledge to an upcoming generation of automotive journalists.
“I am so pleased Robbie & Tristan enjoy their new roles at Blackball Media, this opportunity will give them a valuable edge in this competitive sector, I look forward to hearing how they progress.”
