"This year’s decision was tough due to the amount of fantastic designs so it was fantastic to meet my shortlisted artists in my Christmas card competition – they are all extremely talented with artistic skills, imagination and creativity.

Given the promise they are showing at such young ages I am sure that there are great things in store for these budding artists and I look forward to receiving their entries next year!"

All of the entries will be on display in the Children’s Section of the Discovery Centre until 9 January 2016.

This year's judging panel included Caroline, the Mayor of Gosport Keith Farr, Steve Reid from Blitz Photography and Robin Young from The Gosport Globe.
